Our team of exceptionally skilled craftspeople, conscientious contractors and talented tradespersons is headed up by company President Paige Lentz and General Manager Charles Bower.

A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Paige indulged her passion for creating spectacular homes by becoming a licensed general contractor. Her academic and professional training are enhanced by her meticulous attention to detail, her creative flare, and her commitment to sustainable design and construction. Several community organizations and philanthropic groups benefit from Paige’s dedicated work including the Junior League of Denver, the Home Builder’s Foundation, and The Children’s Hospital.

Charles Bower earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and was the owner and general manager of a successful environmental contracting company for more than 13 years before joining Monarch. In addition to enhancing the operation and environmental commitment of Monarch with his expertise, Charles has earned a reputation in the industry for the successful resolution of clients’ needs and for delivering results on time
and on budget.
