Monarch is an award-winning design and build firm constructing homes in the Denver area since 2002. Our homes highlight neighborhoods from Washington Park to Hilltop to Cherry Hills Village and beyond.

In addition to several distinctions, Monarch won the Silver Award for Best Custom Home Under 4,000 Square Feet in 2006 and Best In-Fill Home of the Year in 2007 for two of our new construction Arts and Crafts style homes at the prestigious Home Builder’s Association Bar Awards. In 2006, one of our homes in Washington Park earned a Mayor’s Award for Design Excellence.

Perhaps our proudest achievement was assembling a crew who, together with Monarch, donated more than $80,000 worth of time and materials to reconstruct a home for a wheelchair-bound man and his wife. It improved their quality of life from existing in a house with three walls and one secure room, to living in a completed home with an accessible main-level kitchen and bath. The efforts of our team were honored by a CARE Award and the satisfaction of having helped someone in need in our community.

We are members of the Home Builder's Association of Metro Denver, the National Home Builder's Association, and Built-Green Colorado. Monarch is a proud member of the Home Builders Foundation, which provides accessible and improved housing environments for individuals and families affected by long-term disabilities.
